All my land lying near the northern boundary line of the Town of New Bern afsd. being the unsold residue of a tract of about 27 acres formerly the property of Edward Griffith, Esq., which tract was bounded on the South by the Town of New Bern, on the East by the river, also a lot of land lying on Board Street in sd. Town being half of lot of which the other half adjoining the residence of the late Vine Allen, Esq., sold to ____ Chadwick, and by him to Carraway.

Also a tract in Beaufort County 56 acres, also all and every other parcel of land belonging to me.

Also pew in the Episcopal Church in the town of New Bern
